To support this growth and optimize our manufacturing operations, A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik inc. is looking for a Controller.
A trusted partner to management, the chosen person will play a central role in the reliability of financial management information, the quality of internal controls, and the efficiency of the company's administrative and accounting processes.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform the entire accounting cycle as well as the production of financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare the files required for external audits and act as the main point of contact with the auditors.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of accounting and management information.
- Advise management in the strategic management of processes, contracts, short/medium/long-term strategy, and operational profitability.
- Simplify, standardize, and automate accounting processes.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary for monitoring operations and decision-making.

Training and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA professional designation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in inventory control, work in progress, and cost accounting.
- Experience in autonomous management of the complete accounting cycle.
- Solid experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP software.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of EPICOR software is an asset.
