Aircraft Customization Coordinator

Company: AAA Canada (on assignment for a major aerospace player)

Type: Full-time — Day shift

We support our client, a major manufacturer in the Canadian aerospace market, in their search for an Aircraft Customization Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses to customer-specific requests for aircraft customization, including gathering technical, scheduling and cost impacts. Interface with internal teams (engineering, methods, sales) and external parties (suppliers).
• Consolidate the definition of the change scope and the conditions for offerability.
• Draft commercial proposals.
• Ensure and inform Program teams of study progress and compliance with milestones and expected deliverables.
• Be organized and implement project management best practices; manage priorities and overcome challenges.
• Anticipate disruptions and, if necessary, take corrective actions; escalate issues when required.

Profile / Requirements

• Positive and adaptable, with very good interpersonal skills, an open mindset and strong teamwork ability.
• Advanced proficiency in French and English and able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Holder of a bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or management.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management within industry or in managing technical products.
• Experience in customization management, ideally in aerospace and aircraft interiors, and an understanding of aircraft architecture.
• Customer-focused mindset; client-facing experience is an asset.
