Job Offer: Coordinator – Aircraft Customization

Job Description:
We are supporting our client, a major player in aeronautical manufacturing in the Canadian market, in their search for an Aircraft Customization Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the response to our clients' specific requests for aircraft customization. This includes collecting technical, planning, and cost impacts. You will interface with internal teams (engineering, methods, sales, etc.) and external teams (suppliers).
- Consolidate the definition of the scope of change and the conditions of offerability.
- Draft commercial proposals.
- Ensure and inform Program teams of the progress of studies and compliance with expected milestones and deliverables.
- Be organized and implement good project management practices. Be able to manage priorities and overcome difficulties.
- Anticipate disruptions and, if necessary, take necessary corrective actions. Escalate problems when necessary.
Desired profile:
- You are positive and adaptable, and you have very good interpersonal skills, an open mind, and a great ability to work in a team.
- You have an advanced level in French and English and are able to work in a multicultural environment.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or a diploma in engineering or management.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management in industry or in technical product management.
- You have experience in customization management, ideally in aeronautics and aircraft interiors, and have an understanding of aircraft architecture.
- You have a customer-focused mindset. Customer relationship experience is an asset.
