Job description:
We are supporting our client, a major player in aeronautical manufacturing on the Canadian market, in its search for an Aircraft Customization Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the response to specific requests from our clients for the customization of their aircraft. This includes gathering technical, planning, and cost impacts. You will interface with internal teams (engineering, methods, commercial, etc.) and external teams (suppliers).
- Consolidate the definition of the change scope and the offerability conditions.
- Draft commercial offers.
- Ensure and inform Programme teams of the progress of studies and compliance with expected milestones and deliverables.
- Be organized and implement good project management practices. Be able to manage priorities and overcome difficulties.
- Anticipate disruptions and, if necessary, lead the necessary corrective actions. Escalate problems when necessary.
Profile sought:
- You are positive and adaptable, and you have very good interpersonal skills, an open mindset, and a great capacity to work in a team.
- You have an advanced level of French and English and you are able to work in a multicultural environment.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or a diploma in engineering or management.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management in industry or technical product management.
- You have experience in customization management, ideally in aeronautics and aircraft interiors, and have an understanding of aircraft architecture.
- You have a customer-oriented mindset. Experience in customer relations is an asset.
