Model and optimize the complete process for managing the maintenance contract list (process mapping).

Establish and steer a critical timeline for each contract: identification of start dates, durations, renewal windows, and key milestones.

Plan and coordinate supplier selection stages, including the preparation and launch of calls for tenders (CFT).

2. Governance and Performance Tracking

Implement governance structures and follow-up rituals to evaluate supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements.

Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and lead contract review committees.

3. Create various specifications for the various services required in maintenance:
