Your challenges:
1. Contract Lifecycle Mapping and Planning
Model and optimize the complete process of managing the list of maintenance contracts (process mapping).
Establish and manage a critical timeline for each contract: identification of start dates, durations, renewal windows, and key milestones.
Plan and coordinate supplier selection stages, including preparing and launching calls for tenders (CFT).
2. Governance and Performance Monitoring
Implement governance structures and monitoring rituals to evaluate supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate contract review committees.
3. Create various specifications for the different services required in maintenance:

4. Compliance and Risk Management (Health, Safety, Environment)
Deploy and administer a centralized monitoring tool for controlling the skill cards and accreditations of external contractors.
Ensure that 100% of contractors called to work on site have the required qualifications before accessing the field.
Requirements
Your profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree or DEC in operations management, administration, engineering, supply chain management or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in contract management, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing or maintenance management environment.
Technical skills: Strong ability in process mapping and project management.
Proficiency with technological tools (contract management software, CMMS, or compliance suites).
Professional skills: Influential leadership, analytical rigor, excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
Proficiency in French and English;
Dynamic, autonomous and well organized;
Excellent communicator and demonstrated leadership skills;
Proficient in problem solving and results-oriented;
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
