Supply Chain Performance Coordinator

We are looking for a Supply Chain Performance Coordinator to join a major international company specialized in the aeronautics sector, located in Mirabel, Quebec.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting supply chain management in monitoring operational performance, coordinating strategic initiatives, and preparing decision-making bodies.

• Prepare, coordinate, and lead management committees in collaboration with the Purchasing, Programs, and Operations teams.
• Ensure the tracking of action plans, operational risks, and initiatives related to increasing production rates.
• Monitor missing parts and produce consolidated weekly reports intended for management.
• Analyze operational data and identify issues affecting supply chain performance.
• Prepare executive summaries presenting issues, corrective actions, and resolution schedules.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure effective coordination and continuous performance improvement.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in operations management, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant experience in operational coordination, strategic project management, or senior management support, ideally in the aeronautics or manufacturing sector.
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of supply chain issues, key performance indicator tracking, and operational reporting.
• Analysis and Synthesis: Excellent ability to analyze complex data and produce clear, structured strategic reports.
• Leadership: Ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders, and ensure commitments are met.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and ability to interact with various hierarchical levels.
• Languages: Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Personal Qualities: Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
