Job Description

Your Mission:

  • Identify risks to product safety, customer satisfaction and production flow among escapes.
  • Lead client communication of these risks and provide support to Quality Assurance teams to secure products.
  • Analyze performance in the processing of NOEs and QSRs.
  • Contribute to improving the management of uncon tained defects, both in terms of processing times and the transformations to be undertaken to avoid them.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate client communication during exchanges and decision-making in NOE and QSR meetings.
  • Support Quality Assurance in applying the process.
  • Map risks to production flows and product safety related to NOEs and/or QSRs.
  • Consolidate NOE & QSR performance, for the Quality function and VSM.
  • Coordinate multifunctional teams (Quality, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, etc.) on cross-functional and/or critical issues.
  • Alert in case of major technical or procedural problems and define the resolution strategy.
  • Support QSR/NOE Process Owners in defining necessary improvements.

  • Taste for technology in varied fields (elementary parts, assembly & systems).
  • Good understanding of the industrial ecosystem.

Languages:

  • Ability to interact in writing and orally in French and English at a negotiation level
