The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Flight Test Quality Coordinator to join our Flight Test Center team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will communicate and collaborate with diverse cultures across different countries.

You will be part of the Flight Test Quality team responsible for supporting flight test center quality activities, ensuring aircraft conformity, and leading continuous improvement opportunities. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Flight Test Quality Coordinator will be to implement innovative quality solutions, manage quality projects to meet standards, and synthesize complex situations for management.

Your challenges:

  • Support quality activities of the Flight Test Center;

  • Ensure aircraft conformity and configuration elements before flights;

  • Implement innovative solutions to improve quality while reducing costs;

  • Project manage quality initiatives to meet specific standards and ensure customer satisfaction;

  • Influence and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders;

  • Be a change agent to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization;

  • Investigate and identify future risks;

  • Lead continuous improvement opportunities and problem-solving;

  • Manage priorities in alignment with objectives;

  • Be responsible for synthesizing simple to complex situations for presentation at various management levels;

  • Communicate and collaborate with diverse cultures across different countries.

Your boarding pass:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Engineering or Aeronautics;

  • You have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (Project management experience is an asset)

  • You are bilingual;

  • You have knowledge of standards and regulations (AS9100, TCCA, FAA, EASA);

  • You have experience in continuous improvement and problem-solving;

  • You have the ability to work under pressure;

  • You possess analytical skills and can effectively solve problems;

  • You demonstrate leadership, autonomy, and teamwork skills;

  • You have a logical and flexible mindset, with initiative and attention to detail;

  • You have a good work structure to be effective in your organization of work;

  • You have a strong ability to synthesize and document information;

  • You have knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google computer systems.
