You will be part of the Quality team and your role as Quality Coordinator (Evening Shift)
- Exercise your leadership in compliance with the company's vision and values;
- Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlines;
- Manage your team's performance using KPIs;
- Manage the workload and individual performance of unionized employees;
- Ensure continuous improvement, particularly through the application of the problem-solving process;
- Coach your team (15-25 employees) to develop their talent within the organization;
- Identify, document, and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives;
- Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization;
