Job summary:

Under the supervision of the Purchasing Supervisor, the Purchasing Coordinator's main responsibilities will be to pilot speedshop purchasing for several commodities at the aircraft level. They are also responsible for maintaining good relations with various North American suppliers and being in constant communication with the supply chain and headquarters purchasing located in France.

Your challenges:

• Manage and negotiate calls for tenders exclusively with selected qualified suppliers;

• Pilot and ensure follow-up of existing contracts with suppliers and internal partners;

• Act as a key intermediary with suppliers, the program, and group buyers;

• Account for financial impacts and billing disputes;

• Pilot NPI (New Part Introduction) projects;

• Monitor and complete Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

• Keep the supplier panel up to date in order to be compliant during audits;

• Participate in strategic meetings to anticipate risks and propose action plans;

• All other related tasks linked to the position.

Your profile:

• Training: Hold a DEC in logistics and supply chain, administration, or the equivalent;

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment, ideally in the aeronautical sector;

• Demonstrate a developed analytical mind, show initiative, and strong interpersonal skills;

• Ability to demonstrate strategic vision;

• Have an excellent team spirit, be versatile and proactive.
