Main responsibilities
Determine the consequences of delivery delays and identify the action plan.

Monitor parts, component kits, to ensure that all manufactured parts are delivered within prescribed deadlines.

Participate in problem solving.
Perform data entry concerning project information and parts delivery.
Track parts and generate manual orders.
Follow the flow of several projects to meet deadlines and requirements.
Report and identify critical problems in achieving the plan.
Liaise with downstream production cells, suppliers, and support services to control the status of activities.
Alignment meeting with module lead hands.
Perform operations to clean the system (closing work orders, tracking inactive parts, etc.)
Participate in various meetings (DMS, production follow-up, improvement clinic, etc.).
Process non-conformities (NCR, RTV, and OSP).
Late lab order.
Monitoring KPIs and the action plan.

Desired profile

College diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
Comfortable in English and French.
