Main Responsibilities
- Determine the consequences of delivery delays and identify the action plan.
- Monitor parts and component kits to ensure that all manufactured parts are delivered within prescribed deadlines.
- Participate in problem-solving.
- Perform data entry regarding project information and part deliveries.
- Track parts and generate manual orders.
- Monitor the workflow of multiple projects to meet schedules and requirements.
- Report and identify critical issues affecting plan achievement.
- Liaise with downstream production cells, suppliers, and support services to monitor activity status.
- Alignment meetings with module lead hands.
- Perform operations to clean up the system (closing work orders, tracking inactive parts, etc.).
- Participate in various meetings (DMS, production monitoring, improvement clinic, etc.).
- Process non-conformances (NCR, RTV, and OSP).
- Late lab orders.
- Monitor KPIs and the action plan.
Profile Sought
- College Diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
- Comfortable in English and French.
