Job Offer: Production Coordinator (Evening)

Location: Saint-Laurent (QC)
Company: AAA Canada (mandate for a major aerospace player)
Expected start: June 2026
Type: Full-time, indefinite duration

Main responsibilities
Determine the consequences of delivery delays and identify the action plan.

Monitor parts and component kits, to ensure that all manufactured parts are delivered within prescribed deadlines.

Participate in problem solving.
Enter data concerning project information and part delivery.
Track parts and generate manual orders.
Follow the flow of several projects to meet deadlines and requirements.
Report and identify critical problems in achieving the plan.
Liaise with downstream production cells, suppliers and support services, to control the status of activities.
Alignment meeting with module lead hands.
Perform operations to clean the system (closing work orders, tracking inactive parts, etc.)
Participate in various meetings (DMS, production follow-up, improvement clinic, etc.).
Process non-conformities (NCR, RTV and OSP).
Late lab order.
Monitoring of KPIs and the action plan.

Desired profile


College diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook software.
Comfortable in English and French.
