Main Responsibilities

• Determine the consequences of delivery delays and identify the action plan.
• Monitor parts and component kits to ensure that all manufactured parts are delivered within prescribed deadlines.
• Participate in problem-solving.
• Perform data entry regarding project information and part deliveries.
• Track parts and generate manual orders.
• Monitor the workflow of multiple projects to meet schedules and requirements.
• Report and identify critical issues affecting plan achievement.
• Liaise with downstream production cells, suppliers, and support services to monitor activity status.
• Alignment meetings with module lead hands.
• Perform operations to clean up the system (closing work orders, tracking inactive parts, etc.).
• Participate in various meetings (DMS, production monitoring, improvement clinic, etc.).
• Process non-conformances (NCR, RTV, and OSP).
• Late lab orders.
• Monitor KPIs and the action plan.

Profile Sought

• College Diploma (DEC) in a related field or 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
• Comfortable in English and French.
