• Responsible for coordinating major inspections, installations, and modifications;
• Participate in all meetings related to the major project assigned;
• Oversee all work and manage project progress;
• Support electrical and structural engineering requirements and STC development;
• Review all work and coordinate all requirements for materials, parts, tooling, and external services;
• Identify and track milestones with the Project Manager and Avionics Manager;
• Participate in problem-solving and finding solutions;
• Review work, evaluate identified defects, and provide necessary information to remedy them;
• Complete relevant technical documentation;
• Offer purchasing support where applicable;
• Review the work package to ensure installation labor objectives are met;
• Review project labor hours to meet avionics proposal and comply with eligible costs;
• Verify the accuracy of work packages, billing groups, and invoices;
• Ensure work log releases are prepared after maintenance;
• Assist with all other related tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Post-secondary diploma in aircraft maintenance/avionics program or a related field;
• Valid Transport Canada Category E license;
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a related avionics installation position;
• Experience working with corporate aircraft types, and experience working with Bombardier products are assets;
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to work as an associate team leader with supervisory experience would be an asset;
• Attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts.
