SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate with resource persons;
• Supervision of all work performed on the day shift;
• Assign work to the line maintenance team each morning;
• Coordinate work with all departments: interior workshops, avionics, sheet metal, and NDT;
• Continuous company improvements, creation, and implementation;
• Prepare work packages for transient aircraft and AOGs;
• Coordinate daily aircraft maintenance with production;
• Organize and monitor off-site AOG travel;
• Execute tasks in accordance with the appropriate maintenance control manual;
• Prepare all transient customer invoices;
• Perform other assigned tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Valid Transport Canada M-2 category license;
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in aircraft maintenance work;
• Possess a strong understanding of CAR’s;
• Experience working on corporate aircraft;
• Experience related to aircraft maintenance planning and coordination;
• Developed sense of customer service;
• Demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Good team spirit;
• Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs.

EDUCATION:

• Aircraft Maintenance Technician diploma or equivalent.
