SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate with stakeholders;
  • Supervise all work performed on the day shift;
  • Assign work to the on-line maintenance team each morning;
  • Coordinate work with all departments: interior shops, avionics, sheet metal and NDT;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives: create and implement improvements;
  • Prepare work packs for transient aircraft and AOGs;
  • Coordinate daily aircraft maintenance with production;
  • Organize and oversee off-site AOG deployments;
  • Perform tasks in accordance with the appropriate Maintenance Control Manual;
  • Prepare all invoices for transient customers;
  • Perform other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Valid Transport Canada M-2 license;
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in aircraft maintenance work;
  • Strong understanding of CARs;
  • Experience working on corporate aircraft;
  • Experience in planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance;
  • Developed customer service orientation;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Team player;
  • Strong IT skills focused on Microsoft 365 applications.

EDUCATION:

Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology or equivalent.
