Responsibilities

• Coordinate major inspections on aircraft;
• Participate in all meetings related to assigned major inspections;
• Provide full supervision of all inspection work and manage inspection flow;
• Review inspection work packages and coordinate requirements for materials, parts, tooling and external services;
• Identify and track milestones with the project lead;
• Participate in problem resolution and solution finding;
• Assess all identified defects and provide information for rectification;
• Complete relevant technical documentation;
• Provide purchasing support when required;
• Review work packs, billing groups and invoices to ensure accuracy;
• Be responsible for all technical documentation and maintenance log revisions;
• Other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

* This position involves an evening shift Monday to Thursday

Qualifications and required skills

• Valid Transport Canada M-2 licence;
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in aircraft maintenance work;
• Strong understanding of the CARs (Canadian Aviation Regulations);
• Experience working on corporate/business aircraft;
• Experience in planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance;
• Developed customer service orientation;
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Strong team spirit;
• Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 applications.

Education

• Aircraft maintenance technician diploma or equivalent.
