SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for coordinating major aircraft inspections;
- Participate in all meetings related to assigned major inspections;
- Exercise comprehensive supervision of all inspection work and manage the inspection flow;
- Review the inspection work package and coordinate all requirements regarding materials, parts, tooling, and external services;
- Identify and track milestones with the project manager;
- Participate in problem-solving and finding solutions;
- Evaluate all identified defects and provide information for rectification;
- Complete relevant technical documentation;
- Provide purchasing support where appropriate;
- Review the work pack, billing groups, and invoices to ensure accuracy;
- Responsible for all technical documentation and maintenance log releases;
- Other duties assigned by the maintenance manager.
* This position involves an evening shift from Monday to Thursday
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Valid Transport Canada Category M-2 License;
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in aircraft maintenance work;
- Possess a solid understanding of CARs;
- Experience working on corporate aircraft;
- Experience related to aircraft maintenance planning and coordination;
- Developed customer service sense;
- Demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Good team spirit;
- Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs.
EDUCATION:
- Aircraft Maintenance Technician diploma or equivalent.
