The Avionics office in Marie-Curie, Montreal is Thales Group’s Centre of Competence for business and regional jet flight control systems is located at our Montreal – Marie Curie office. Job Summary
Within the Supply Chain Department of Thales Canada Avionics, the incumbent ensures the management and monitoring of repair flows with customers and suppliers, while ensuring compliance with delivery performance objectives.
Essential Functions
- Register equipment to be repaired in the ERP in accordance with applicable requirements (quality, customer, operating procedures, etc.)
- Send products to suppliers (Competence Centers, Avionics Suppliers) according to the defined industrial organization
- Process customer orders and manage disputes
- Monitor repairs with suppliers via regular calls and emails, and optimize turnaround times (TAT)
- Develop and track repair quotes with the customer until receipt of the order
- Produce work-in-progress monitoring reports, analyze work-in-progress, and identify repairs at risk of delay
- Inform customers about work-in-progress and repair release dates
- Return repaired equipment to customers in accordance with contractual commitments, along with technical and regulatory documentation
Minimum Requirements
- DEC
- Bilingualism, French/English, spoken and written
- SAP is an asset
