Job Description

Do you have experience in time and absence management, have you worked in collaboration with HR and payroll teams, and do you wish to evolve in a dynamic and structured environment? This position is for you!

You will be part of the HR team, responsible for ensuring the compliance of time and absence data with internal policies, as well as regulatory requirements. The team is organized to promote cross-functional collaboration, with an autonomous approach and collective learning.

Your role as Employee Data Management Coordinator will be to ensure the accuracy of time records, resolve anomalies related to working hours, and support employees in the use of time management tools like Workday.

Your challenges:

  • Ensure that time and absence records are accurate before being integrated for payroll.

  • Identify and resolve errors related to working hours and absences in Workday.

  • Provide support to employees and managers regarding time and absence management issues.

  • Generate reports on working hours and absences for managers and HR teams.

  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure data accuracy in the payroll process.

  • Optimize time management processes to improve operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance of time management practices with company policies and collective agreements.

  • Contribute to the evolution of time management practices to increase productivity.

Requirements

Your profile:

  • Rigor and attention to detail in data management.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

  • Ability to analyze complex data and resolve anomalies.

  • Team spirit, able to work effectively with HR and payroll departments.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for task and report management.

  • Experience in a unionized environment, an asset.

  • Autonomy and priority management in a dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of Workday and/or payroll management tools.

  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and oral.

  • Ability to apply specific rules, collective agreements, and procedures.
