Our team supports operational groups by handling SAP system intervention requests to help facilitate the delivery of parts to the next stakeholders in the value chain (for example, supplier shipments blocked due to requirements flagged in SAP, or supporting logistics centers with issues related to assigning parts to operational centers). The team is viewed as an important reference and source of information for the Procurement and Manufacturing teams.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Participate in problem-solving meetings to address delivery issues flagged through the eCofC tool or the SAP traceability system for internal cases
• Support suppliers during the initial rollout and onboarding of SQA tools available in the Supplier Portal (eCofC and module kitting/configuration registration)
• Collaborate with colleagues through brainstorming sessions to identify new solutions and improvements to meet emerging business needs

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management (or related field) or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of experience at P&WC (asset)
• Knowledge of procurement/sourcing processes (asset)
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Power BI
• Ability to manage multiple files/assignments simultaneously and support day-to-day operations
• Basic knowledge of quality concepts (SQA / compliance / traceability)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a high level of initiative and autonomy

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
