Main functions
- Analyze, design, format, and produce high-quality documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare and provide statistical reports and comparative analyses.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute presentation tours and product display activities, and make necessary travel arrangements.
- Recommend improved methods and procedures and support their implementation.
- Ensure on-the-job training, coaching, and support for service personnel.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies, collective agreements, and relevant government regulations.
- Record and maintain operational records, qualifications, and reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet operational deadlines while working with minimal supervision.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, and coordinate hardware maintenance and problem resolution.
- Participate in the development of operational business plans, monitor reports, review variances, and calculate accruals.
- Review invoices and process employee salary adjustments and expense reports in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure that flight crew meals and ground transportation allowances are provided as needed.
- Ensure the operation, monitoring, and control of mainframe printers and related equipment to guarantee availability, reliability, and print quality, particularly in the distribution of reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- At least three years of office work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for mathematics.
- Proven punctuality and reliability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must be able to work shifts in a 24/7 active operating environment, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
