Main duties
- Manage administrative and office tasks, including data entry, document preparation, editing, proofreading and record keeping.
- Coordinate communications and logistics by answering calls and handling correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and update reports and documentation using various software tools.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy by adhering to company policies, government regulations and collective agreements, while maintaining confidentiality and close attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments and support them in training sessions, customer requests and workload prioritization, with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma;
- At least two years of office work experience;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Knowledge of aviation terminology;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills, both oral and written;
- Mastery of spelling, punctuation and grammar;
- Accuracy and thoroughness;
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to promote overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a team environment;
