Required skills and qualifications

• Hold a DEC in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Administration and Management Techniques, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or any combination of education and experience considered equivalent;
• Have three (3) to less than five (5) years of relevant experience;
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and logistics and equipment maintenance management platforms;
• Possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, heavy machinery and road maintenance equipment;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French; proficiency in English is an asset;
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Working conditions and benefits

• Permanent full-time position;
• Rotating schedule of 5 work days followed by 2 days off, 40 hours per week;
• Annual salary between $65,205 and $81,936;
• Annual regional disparity bonus of $4,320 (without dependent) or $5,747 (with dependent);
• Comprehensive benefits package (vacation, pension plan, group insurance, 14 statutory holidays, 10 days of leave for illness or family obligations, reimbursement for physical activity fees, etc.);
• Reimbursement of relocation expenses.

Responsibilities

• Plan procurement needs (materials, equipment, salt, de-icers) and manage inventories according to operations;
• Coordinate all purchasing, negotiation, receiving and delivery activities for operations and road maintenance centers;
• Organize operational logistics, coordination meetings and provide support to field teams and various departments;
• Manage inventories, vehicle fleet and equipment, and monitor maintenance, repairs and equipment availability;
• Control costs, budgets and procurement compliance and follow up on performance indicators;
• Perform other related tasks as required.
