The incumbent plays a key role in coordinating assigned programs and serves as a primary point of contact between Avior and its customers. This individual oversees program activities, from order entry to monitoring delivery and cost performance.
Working closely with the Receiving, Shipping, Planning, Inspection, and other relevant departments, the Program Coordinator actively contributes to resolving issues and implementing solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Represent Avior when interacting with customers and provide outstanding service
- Prepare and deliver presentations for customers
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned programs with the support of the team, including delivery performance and cost control
- Collaborate with the Receiving, Shipping, Planning, and Inspection departments to resolve program-related issues
- Participate in analyzing issues raised within the team and implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Identify delivery delays or performance gaps and implement the necessary corrective action plans
- Create and open estimating files in the computer system and coordinate the required documentation
- Enter customer orders into the computer system
- Participate in weekly program-related meetings
- Perform all other related duties
Education
- College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of Power BI is considered an asset
- Professional proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, to communicate regularly with customers and business partners located outside Quebec
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Versatility, organization, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
