The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Benefits & Well-Being Coordinator to join our rewards team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will provide specialized benefit support and logistically drive our site-wide health and wellness initiatives.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Benefits & Well-Being Coordinator will be to resolve group insurance and benefit cases , oversee case management (CNESST and Disability), and actively contribute to the execution of the annual health and wellness calendar.

Your challenges:
- Support & Escalation: Act as an operational subject matter contact to process and resolve group insurance and benefit queries escalated by the Employee Service Center.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise directly with the external insurance provider to resolve complex adjustments, coverage disputes, and administrative claim reevaluations.
- Administrative Case Management (CNESST & Disability): Take administrative ownership of transferred disability and occupational injury files, managing documentation tracking and liaising with third-party administrative firms.
- Internal Occupational Health Synergies: Work in close synergy with the internal Airbus Occupational Health Service to facilitate administrative information sharing and support return-to-work logistics.
- Health & Wellness Deployment: Contribute to planning and oversee ground logistics for site preventive activities (vaccination clinics, webinars, workshops, wellness challenges).
- Promotion & Awareness: Draft internal communications and collaborate with the Employee Service Center to equip Tier 1 agents with tools to promote employee support programs (EFAP).
Your boarding pass:
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC / Associate Degree) in Business Administration, Office Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR support, benefits administration, or Tier 2 customer service.
- Prior experience working alongside an HR Employee Service Center (Shared Services / HR Helpdesk) or managing CNESST/disability files is a strong asset.
- Functional bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written. Due to the sector of activity (aeronautics), multiple contacts with Airbus entities located worldwide, and interactions with suppliers also located worldwide, proficiency in English is required for this position.
- Rigor, thoroughness, and strong problem-solving skills when handling complex administrative employee cases requiring high precision.
- Collaborative mindset, diplomacy, and an excellent solution-oriented approach to handling employee files.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities between escalated ticket resolution and event logistics.
- Keen interest in workplace health promotion and overall well-being.
