Job Description

The Crew Assignment Coordinator mainly ensures that all Air Transat flights have adequate staffing. A specialist in Canadian regulations, they ensure that all schedule changes also comply with the requirements of collective agreements. They will ensure positioning changes during all irregular operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of operations related to flight personnel.
  • Daily management of schedules produced by AIMS.
  • Booking transport and accommodation for crews.
  • Management of daily changes (following FSN messages, modify crew schedules).
  • Daily monitoring of staffing versus operations.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in an airline.
  • Experience in complex schedule management, an asset.
  • Knowledge of AIMS, RADIXX, ACES or Sabre, a major asset.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Sense of organization, collaboration, autonomy, and rigor.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and various technological tools.
  • Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)*.

Additional Information

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The person in this position will need to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
