WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Clinical Coordinator for Medical Operations provides close leadership to the medical team to foster the implementation of success conditions for the smooth running of medical operations. They act as a positive leader, communicator, facilitator, unifier, and developer of people with a constant concern for health, safety, service quality, team well-being, and mobilization.

More specifically, the Clinical Coordinator for Medical Operations:

  • Efficient and effective resource coordination for daily operations to achieve mission and project objectives;
  • Planning deployments, operations, and monitoring of deployed resources;
  • Ensuring information sharing and support for the medical team;
  • Facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders;
  • Taking charge of 1st-level operational issues and ensuring smooth activities;
  • Practicing as a flight nurse according to organizational needs to maintain field expertise;
  • Quality assurance analysis of missions;
  • Medical standby;
  • Fostering innovation and collaboration;
  • Mobilizing change agent.

*English proficiency is required for technical assistance purposes with an English-speaking clientele or any external partner such as a supplier.

Your professional background stands out with:

  • Graduated and member of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec;
  • DEC or Bachelor in Nursing Sciences;
  • Minimum of 3 years in the nursing profession, including the following fields of practice: emergency and/or critical care;
  • Up-to-date CPR / BLS training;
  • The following training will be considered assets: ACLS, ITLS, PALS, NRP;
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (training, projects, etc.);
  • Demonstrated in their duties: Excellent mastery of current role; Attitude aligned with our organizational values: Team, Passion, Engagement, Adaptability, Excellence, and Respect.

Your assets:

  • Management or leadership experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Business management experience.

Salary:

  • Current pay scale with the addition of a clinical coordinator for medical operations premium when the role is assumed.

Schedule:

  • Flexibility in schedule arrangement: e.g., 3-2-2-3 (3 shifts, 2 days off, 2 shifts, 3 days off). The goal is to cover all 7 days with 2 resources and maintain standby;
  • 8-hour or 11.43-hour shifts depending on needs;
  • Mandatory presence window between 10 AM and 4 PM.
