Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the incumbent will drive the optimization of digital merchandising to maximize sales and conversion, ensuring consistent, high-performing market positioning aligned with commercial priorities.

Performance and conversion

  • Optimize site merchandising to maximize sales and conversion rates
  • Identify improvement opportunities based on user behavior and commercial results

Marketing strategy

  • Define and orchestrate the online deployment of promotions and offers in coherence with commercial priorities
  • Ensure a consistent and effective experience on key pages

Coordination and influence

  • Collaborate with Marketing to recommend the best commercial tactics and act as a convergence point to ensure the consistency of digital initiatives
  • Supervise the online deployment and evolution of commercial content
  • Identify and improve processes to increase execution speed and quality

Qualifications

  • Training in marketing or e-commerce (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising
  • Ability to interpret reports and dashboards (Data Studio and Power BI)
  • Experience in performance analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills: clarity and conciseness of message
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Know how to prioritize actions based on business impact
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 360 suite
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, an asset
  • Proficiency in spoken and written French and English.

Additional Information

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
