Job Description

Reporting to the commercialization director, the incumbent drives the optimization of digital merchandising to maximize sales and conversion, ensuring a consistent, high-performing marketing approach aligned with business priorities.

Performance and conversion

  • Optimize site merchandising to maximize sales and conversion rates
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on user behavior and business results

Marketing strategy

  • Define and orchestrate the launch of promotions and offers in line with business priorities
  • Ensure a consistent and high-performing experience on key pages

Coordination and influence

  • Collaborate with Marketing to recommend best commercial tactics and act as a convergence point to ensure consistency of digital initiatives
  • Supervise the launch and evolution of commercial content
  • Identify and improve processes to increase execution speed and quality

Qualifications

  • Education in marketing or e-commerce (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of merchandising experience
  • Ability to interpret reports and dashboards (Data Studio and Power BI)
  • Experience in performance analysis
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills: message clarity and conciseness
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Know how to prioritize actions based on business impact
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 360 suite
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, an asset
  • Knowledge of spoken and written French and English.

Additional Information

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate frequently in English, orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
