At Nolinor Aviation, maintenance is not just part of the job — it is the foundation of everything we do. Operating the world's largest fleet of Boeing 737-200 aircraft, we rely on a team of experienced, highly skilled mechanics to ensure the safety and reliability of our aging but essential aircraft, serving some of the most remote and demanding destinations in North America.

We are currently seeking a Base Maintenance Coordinator for our Edmonton base — someone who understands the complexities and challenges of maintaining aging airframes and systems, and who thrives in an environment where technical expertise, leadership and attention to detail make all the difference.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site maintenance operations at YEG (Edmonton);
  • Assign tasks based on individual competencies and follow up on their completion;
  • Manage technical documentation, defect approvals, and the creation of non-routine job cards;
  • Plan workforce and material requirements;
  • Coach employees and support their development with on-the-job training;
  • Work closely with maintenance managers to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.

Required skills / Qualifications

  • Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license;
  • Experience supervising teams in aircraft maintenance;
  • Organized, thorough, and strong communication skills;
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and aircraft maintenance systems;
  • Experience on B737-200 (asset);
  • Bilingual (French/English) to communicate with our different bases (asset).
