The ideal person is versatile and organized. They enjoy dynamic environments and know how to effectively set priorities while maintaining harmonious communication with multiple stakeholders.

Here are your main responsibilities:

  • As a resource person, manage document management requests received from internal and external clients while ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
  • Organize, coordinate, and follow up on projects related to document management and delivery.
  • Evaluate and determine the requirements for each request, produce workload assessments, and distribute work among service providers.
  • Support company projects and services by reviewing technical documentation as needed (technical specifications, test reports, project documents, etc.).
  • Manage the review and delivery of sensitive documents (ITAR, classified, etc.).
  • Perform required editing and pre-publishing tasks.
  • Publish documents according to established company standards and submit or distribute them to external and internal clients.
  • Occasionally translate internal documents.

The qualifications we are looking for:

  • Degree in languages or communication, in English as a second language teaching, or in professional or technical writing from a recognized institution, or the equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational skills, team leadership, and great attention to detail.
  • Experience in document management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical revision and writing.
  • In-depth knowledge of written English and French.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet generally demanding deadlines.

Assets that would give you a better chance:

  • Knowledge of military domain documentation.
  • Knowledge of the SAP® software.
