We are looking for an HR Coordinator, External Resource Management to join the Talent Acquisition team, based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, for a duration of approximately 6 months. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding and offboarding activities of external contractual resources and ensuring relationships with suppliers. Our work formula is hybrid, giving you the opportunity to work with the team on-site in Mirabel 3 days a week.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Collaborate with managers to obtain details of the need to be filled (skills, experience, applicable budget, deadline);
  • Collaborate with external partners (agencies) to identify contractual resources that meet the requirements;
  • Update various monitoring reports, accounting files and maintain agency performance indicators;
  • Proceed with the administrative tasks of hiring;
  • Establish and ensure good collaboration between Airbus and the firms (regular meetings, monitoring of processes and mandates);
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal client groups and develop an understanding and mastery of organizational needs;
  • Act as a point of contact for all questions relating to the entry/exit of external resources;
  • Be guarantor of compliance with the external resource management process;
  • Participate in various improvement projects and support the team as needed.

As an ideal candidate,

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, administration or a relevant field.
  • Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment (an asset), process coordination or in another relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal client groups and external suppliers.
  • Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment.
  • High level of organization with attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands.
  • Good level of autonomy and initiative on a daily basis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite systems, Workday (ideal)
