Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing social media communities, job boards, marketing automation, marketing campaigns, and supporting the sales team for DRAKKAR group brands, including AAA Canada and Ekkinox.

Responsibilities:

• Social media community management
• Responding to LinkedIn and Facebook comments
• Responding to candidate messages on Facebook
• Social media content development
• Occasional visual development via Canva or other tools
• Participating in video production
• Job search sites (Indeed / Glassdoor / Jobillico)

• Automatic alerts - monthly messages to candidates
• Analyzing comments and responding to employees

• Applying and monitoring customer constraints and corrective/preventive actions;
• Respecting objectives;
• Performing any other related task requested by the immediate supervisor

Profile

• College Diploma (DEC) in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Assets - experience with:
• advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads);
• a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Squarespace, Drupal, or similar;
• artificial intelligence tools applied to marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for content production or task automation;
• a multi-brand or multi-account environment

Skills

• Bilingualism (French - English) spoken and written is important for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and technical documentation.
• Mastery of MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
• Ability to evolve quickly and easily in a computerized environment.
• Mastery of visual design tools (Canva/Adobe or equivalent) and basic notions of video production;
• Comfort with social media and publishing management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, planning tools);
• Ability to work on multiple brands simultaneously while respecting distinct graphic standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills in priority management with the ability to multitask;
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
