We are looking for a Power Platform developer to design, develop and support enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The person occupying this position leads development initiatives, implements best practices, and contributes to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in all areas of activity.

They work closely with business stakeholders, Product teams and IT to provide effective digital solutions.

This position reports to the Head of Department – Application Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Power Apps applications (Canvas or model-driven applications) for use within the company.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for automating business methods.
  • Design and support Power Platform solutions by leveraging Dataverse and related data models.
  • Develop integrations with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
  • Develop integrations with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API).
  • Contribute to solution design, code quality, and governance best practices.
  • Implement ALM and DevOps pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop custom components (PCF controls, plugins, JavaScript, API).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance across environments (development, user acceptance testing, production).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in software development, with a solid background in Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas or model-driven applications), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
  • REST API and integrations.
  • Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
  • Understanding of security, governance, and environment management roles.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to promote overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
