Business Intelligence Developer

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our Program organization based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the Program Applications and Tools team, attached to the Competence Center, responsible for developing data analysis solutions for the entire organization, with a focus on Program and Engineering.

Your role as a Business Intelligence Developer will be to design data solutions, including the development of data extractions from various business applications, data consolidation and normalization, as well as the visualization of harmonized data through reports. Your role will also involve contributing to the evolution of our tools during their transformation to ensure security and compliance with business requirements.

Your challenges:

• Develop and maintain the A220 business intelligence solution using Microsoft SQL tools (T-SQL, Reporting Services, Power BI, Analysis Services, Qlik Sense);
• Develop extraction routines for various data sources from a multitude of different technologies, departments, and network locations to be integrated into the data warehouse used for business intelligence (Python, Google App Script);
• Develop various types of reports such as KPIs and Analytics for senior management and the operational level;
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of the efficiency of all processes used within the global business intelligence platform, and then develop the necessary solutions to realize the identified opportunities;
• Document your new development and improvements through thorough code comments and using documentation templates;
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into a business solution for users.
