We are looking for a creative and meticulous User Interface Developer to help bring product concepts and visions to life. In this position, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, high-performance, user-centric applications that define how customers interact with our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate design mockups into responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Write clean, scalable, and modular code using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, React Native, Angular) and native mobile technologies, where applicable.
  • Create reusable user interface components and contribute to a shared design system that ensures consistency across applications.
  • Optimize user interface performance using techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and reducing rendering times.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs, optimize data flow, and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
  • Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
  • Implement accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508) to ensure an inclusive user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in frontend and mobile development.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to streamline workflows and encourage team-wide adoption.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, meetings, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, quality assurance team, Development and Operations) to align goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Draft design documents and validation plans to support scalable development.

Qualifications

Mandatory

  • University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in front-end development for web or mobile platforms.
  • In-depth mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 and later), and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with React and/or Angular for web development.
  • Experience with React Native or native mobile development (iOS/Android), highly desirable.
  • Deep knowledge of object-oriented and functional programming in JavaScript.
  • Deep knowledge of RESTful API usage and JSON data processing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Experience in performance optimization and debugging for the user interface.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to support the team's overall success in a fast-paced environment.

Assets

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Knowledge of mobile application architectures (e.g., Redux, MobX).
  • Exposure to integration and delivery pipelines and collaboration with the Development and Operations team.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Experience in the airline or travel industry.

Employment Conditions:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the country concerned at the time an offer of employment is presented and are responsible for obtaining work permits, visas, or other necessary authorizations. Proof of eligibility must be provided prior to the start date.
