Développeur Responsable technique Skywise / Skywise tech lead developer

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Skywise tech lead to join our Digital and Industrial innovation team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work in close collaboration with the Performance, Digitalization, and Operations teams.

You will be part of the Digital and Industrial innovation team responsible for Industry 5.0-oriented projects designed to keep our production at the forefront of the industry. The team is organized to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, fostering mutual support and collective learning.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

As a Skywise tech lead, your role will be to develop and maintain applications on the Skywise (Palantir Foundry) platform.

Your challenges:

• Design and deploy new applications within the Skywise ecosystem;
• Maintain and improve existing solutions to ensure optimal performance (both corrective and evolutionary maintenance);
• Develop web-based applications while maintaining high code quality standards;
• Mentor and coach a small Skywise development team;
• Assist in defining technical architecture and designing new solutions on the platform;
• Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and manage development priorities;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your boarding pass:

• You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• You have proven experience in full-stack development;
• You have demonstrated expertise in Python, JavaScript, and SQL (experience with PySpark is a plus);
• You have strong knowledge in Graphic Design and UI/UX;
• You are highly autonomous, detail-oriented, and motivated by technical team management;
• You ideally have experience with the Skywise platform or any Palantir Foundry environment;
• You have advanced proficiency in both French and English.
