This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

What will your day look like?
The role is focused on managing a team of 18 professionals and 60 external experts across North America and India. The group brings together a broad spectrum of expertise, ranging from development and data analysis to customer support, leveraging both fresh perspectives and decades of experience to drive innovation and operational excellence.
As Director, you will oversee customer-facing digital applications while leading two key supporting organizations: Customer Master Data and the Contact Center.
The position also includes leading several strategic initiatives, including driving Aftermarket Data Governance efforts in collaboration with Pratt & Whitney United States (PWUS) and RTX, promoting the adoption of Agile methodologies, and advancing the Digital Product approach across P&WC.
Key Impact Areas:
- Influence the overall Aftermarket organization, Finance, and Global Trade, ensuring synchronized execution of digital strategies across global teams.
- Shape and execute strategies for software development, contact center operations, and Customer Master Data management.
- Deliver innovative solutions to address long-standing challenges, such as building a governance for Customer Master Data and implementing omnichannel customer service capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the 24/7 availability of customer-facing applications and subsystems, supporting smooth aircraft operations and business continuity.
- Oversee the Customer Master Data team to maintain best-in-class data quality and address customer queries promptly.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines while delivering anticipated value.
- Drive modernization efforts for eCommerce platforms (UX/UI) and support the Connected Services portfolio and PWC Transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a long-term vision/roadmap to enhance customer service through modern methodologies, innovative digital tools, and scalable solutions.
- Promote Agile Methodology and Digital Product lifecycles within PWC to improve operational efficiency and responsiveness.
- Lead Aftermarket efforts for Data Governance in collaboration with P&WC United States and RTX.
- Manage and oversee a significant annual operating budget, including strategic partnerships with key external vendors.
- Drive digital revenue growth through online platforms contributing substantial sales across multiple product lines, including service programs, technical publications, and spare parts.
- Oversee Tech Pubs publishing, maintenance, and ePLM budget management.
- Manage the budget for connected aftermarket CAPEX and Managed Services.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with digital partners.
- Lead the deployment and execution of the eCommerce strategy.
What do you need to be successful?
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years experience:
- Software development lifecycle
- Budget planning
- Project management and control
- Coaching and other HR development skills
- Business cases development
- Strategic alliances
- Extensive knowledge of Aftermarket services, global customer support, and internal finance/IT processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and resolve conflicts.
- Experience in leading effectively a team located in different countries and cultures.
- Track record of supporting a global customer base through customer service organizations and digital platforms.
- Ability to understand and adapt to legislation of different countries when developing digital solutions
Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
