Main responsibilities
- Lead and monitor the profitability of programs under your responsibility; implement a convergence plan to meet defined objectives.
- Define and update quality, cost and schedule indicators.
- Anticipate and quantify potential risks and propose preventive actions.
- Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Manage the change process (technical scope deviations, claims, contract amendment requests).
- Manage external client relationships.
- Resolve client issues.
- Propose trade‑offs to the monthly Program Committees before the Executive Committee (EXCOM).
- Set up program monitoring according to their importance and criticality.
- Address critical issues with client management.
- Ensure achievement of quality, cost and schedule objectives validated during offer reviews.
- Have authority over budget allocations and decisions to achieve program profitability.
- Act as the client interface during monthly reviews and in case of issues.
- Provide cross‑functional management of multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Be responsible for programs that are significant for the Group.
- Perform duties in accordance with the company's vision, doctrine and code of ethics.
- Apply and comply with safety rules at all times.
- Apply and comply with the rules of our policy and our quality system.
- Any other related tasks.
Qualifications
- Mastery of communication techniques.
- Expertise in the Group's business sectors and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of the commercialization steps.
- Expertise in program management and manufacturing processes.
- Lead working groups.
- Monitor a budget.
- Ability to manage client and supplier relationships.
- Master project management tools and methods.
- Anticipate deviations and overruns; resolve production dysfunctions.
- Negotiate contractual deviations with the client.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Adapt to internal and external client requirements.
- Adapt and help your team adapt to changes (technological, organizational).
- Have a global vision of the project or activity.
- Demonstrate assertiveness internally and externally.
- Analytical skills, synthesis and the ability to take perspective.
- Fluent French and English, spoken and written, for client communication.
