Main Responsibilities
- Drive and monitor the profitability of programs under your responsibility, setting up a convergence plan to meet defined objectives
- Define and update quality, cost, and schedule indicators
- Anticipate and cost potential risks and propose preventive actions
- Direct and coordinate multi-trade teams
- Lead the change management process (deviation of technical scope, claims, amendment requests)
- Manage external relations with clients
- Close client issues
- Propose trade-offs at monthly Program Committees before the executive committee
- Implement program monitoring based on their importance and criticality
- Address critical issues with client management
- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule objectives validated during offer reviews
- Hold authority in budget allocations and decisions to achieve program profitability
- Act as the interface with the client during monthly reviews and in case of issues
- Transverse management of multi-trade teams
- In charge of dimensioning programs for the Group
- Conduct tasks in compliance with the vision, doctrine, and code of ethics of the company
- Apply and comply with safety rules at all times
- Apply and comply with the rules of our policy and quality system
- All other related tasks.
Profile Sought
- Mastery of communication techniques
- Expertise in the Group's business sectors as well as the Group's normative requirements
- Knowledge of commercialization steps
- Expertise in program management and manufacturing processes
- Lead a working group
- Monitor a budget
- Know how to manage client and supplier relations
- Master project management tools and methods
- Anticipate deviations and slippages, resolve production dysfunctions
- Negotiate contractual deviations with the client
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve an objective
- Adapt to internal and external client requirements
- Adapt and adapt your team to evolutions (technological, organizational)
- Have a global vision of the project or activity
- Demonstrate assertiveness both internally and externally
- Capacity for analysis, synthesis, and stepping back
- Mastery of spoken and written French and English for communication with clients.
