Main Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor the profitability of programs under their responsibility, implement a convergence plan to meet defined objectives.
- Define and update quality, cost, and deadline indicators.
- Anticipate and quantify potential risks and propose preventive actions.
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Animate the modification process (technical scope deviation, claim, amendment request).
- Manage external client relationships.
- Close client issues.
- Propose arbitrations to the monthly Program Committees before the COMEX (Executive Committee).
- Implement program monitoring based on their importance and criticality.
- Address critical issues with client management.
- Ensure the achievement of quality, cost, and deadline objectives validated during offer reviews.
- Authority in budget allocations and decisions for achieving program profitability.
- Is the interface with the client during monthly reviews and in case of problems.
- Transverse management of multi-disciplinary teams.
- Is in charge of significant programs for the Group.
- Carry out tasks in compliance with the company's vision, doctrine, and code of ethics.
- Apply and comply with safety rules at all times.
- Apply and comply with the rules of our policy and quality system.
- All other related tasks.
Desired Profile
- Mastery of communication techniques.
- Expertise in the Group's activity sectors and the Group's normative requirements.
- Knowledge of commercialization stages.
- Expertise in program management and manufacturing processes.
- Facilitate a working group.
- Monitor a budget.
- Know how to manage client and supplier relationships.
- Master project management tools and methods.
- Anticipate deviations and slippages, resolve production dysfunctions.
- Negotiate contractual deviations with the client.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to achieve an objective.
- Adapt to internal and external client requirements.
- Adapt oneself and one's team to evolutions (technological, organizational).
- Have a global vision of the project or activity.
- Demonstrate assertiveness internally and externally.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and step back.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French and English for communication with clients.
