A solid team, ready to reach the next level.
Nolinor is looking for an MRO Development Director to join a team of experts recognized for their know-how, the quality of their maintenance, and their unique expertise in classic Boeing 737s, maintained to the highest industry standards.
Our mission is to provide top-quality, safe maintenance that is fully compliant with regulatory requirements, while optimizing costs and turnaround times to maximize fleet availability and flexibility.
This position is at the heart of that mission. We are not looking for someone to reinvent everything, but a leader capable of taking us to the next level: modernizing planning, refining processes, pushing efficiency and productivity. Without ever compromising on quality or safety.
Responsibilities
- Rethink and modernize maintenance planning and workflows;
- Improve processes: preparation, procurement & tooling;
- Push efficiency and productivity: ready-to-use work kits, resource optimization & performance indicators;
- Deliver on time, respecting costs and the highest safety standards: ensure compliance with downtime and return-to-service dates.
- Support growth — projects, capacity, and infrastructure to back it up
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field;
- 10+ years in planning, production control, or operations management in a complex technical environment (aerospace, rail, naval, mining, or heavy industry);
- A solid track record in planning, project management, and development;
- Knowledge of Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) regulations is an asset;
- A strong ability to optimize maintenance operations;
- A collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
Here, every challenge is an opportunity to do better, together. Our foundation is solid. Your mandate: take us even further.
