Job Description
Reporting to the Vice-President Marketing and Loyalty, the incumbent acts as the integrated leader for brand, content and partnerships. This person is responsible for the consistency of brand expression, the quality and performance of the content and production ecosystem, as well as the development of high-value partnerships to support brand awareness, customer engagement and business objectives.
Through their strategic and operational leadership, the incumbent ensures alignment between brand vision, creative excellence, delivery efficiency and value creation. They act as a cross-functional anchor point between existing expertises to strengthen collaboration, accelerate decision-making and maximize the value delivered by the marketing organization.
Strategic vision and brand governance
- Define and evolve the brand and content strategy in line with business priorities and market needs.
- Guarantee the consistency, integrity and quality of the brand image across all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee strategic thinking on positioning, key messages and the evolution of the brand's creative codes.
- Ensure clear governance of brand initiatives to align teams, priorities and deliverables.
Content and production leadership
- Supervise the internal content and production ecosystem to ensure high-quality, agile and efficient execution.
- Optimize workflows between strategy, creation, writing, production and delivery.
- Ensure the quality, relevance and effectiveness of content deployed across different platforms and customer segments.
- Oversee relations with external partners and agencies to ensure effective complementarity with internal capabilities and sound cost management.
Editorial strategy, social media and outreach
- Lead the overall editorial strategy to strengthen brand engagement, preference and and awareness.
- Oversee the development and evolution of brand content from an integrated perspective.
- Ensure alignment between content, storytelling, customer experience and marketing objectives.
- Support brand outreach through content initiatives, organic social networks, influence or visibility where relevant.
Strategic partnerships and value creation
- Identify, structure and develop brand partnerships with high potential for affinity, visibility and value creation.
- Negotiate and manage agreements to support awareness, acquisition, engagement or revenue objectives.
- Evaluate co-branding, strategic alliance and activation opportunities in line with brand positioning.
- Ensure disciplined and effective management of the partnership portfolio.
Team and budget management
- Mobilize, supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team composed of key leaders and experts in brand, content, production and partnerships.
- Foster a culture of excellence, cross-functional collaboration, innovation and accountability.
- Ensure continuous optimization of budgets under their responsibility, seeking efficiency gains and the best return on investment.
- Define and monitor performance indicators related to delivery quality, operational efficiency, brand consistency and generated value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, content, partnerships or managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience in leading integrated functions combining strategic thinking and execution excellence.
- Significant experience in managing large teams, transforming operating models and budget management.
- Proven experience in developing strategic partnerships and creating business value.

- Perfect bilingualism (French and English), both oral and written.

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will frequently communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, clients or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
