About the Project

The deburrer ensures product finishing and parts counting before and after production. They perform preventative maintenance tasks, can carry out straightening when needed, and ensure cleanliness as well as the good condition of tools and their workstation. They carry out their duties in compliance with safety standards, quality policies, and company values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product finishing;
• Count parts before and after execution;
• Perform requested preventative maintenance per machine monitoring sheet;
• May be required to perform straightening;
• Ensure workstation cleanliness and maintain assigned tools in good condition;
• Conduct tasks in accordance with the company's vision, doctrine, and code of ethics;
• Apply and comply with safety rules at all times;
• Apply and comply with the rules of our quality policy and system.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Completed high school diploma.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments;
• Read manufacturing drawings and blueprints;
• Good manual dexterity;
• Good physical condition;
• Rigorous and respectful;
• Oral and written bilingualism (French - English) is a significant asset for communication in the client site's multilingual environment and technical documentation.
