About the project

The deburrer ensures product finishing and parts counting before and after production. They perform preventive maintenance tasks, can carry out straightening as needed, and ensure the cleanliness and good condition of tools and their workstation. They perform their duties in compliance with safety standards, quality policies, and company values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product finishing;
• Count parts before and after execution;
• Perform preventive maintenance requested by machine monitoring sheets;
• May be required to perform straightening;
• Ensure workstation cleanliness and maintain assigned tools in good condition;
• Conduct tasks in compliance with the company's vision, doctrine, and code of ethics;
• Apply and comply with safety rules at all times;
• Apply and comply with our quality policy and system rules.

Skills and qualifications

• Completed high school diploma.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments;
• Read manufacturing drawings and blueprints;
• Good manual dexterity;
• Good physical shape;
• Rigorous and respectful;
• Bilingualism (French - English) orally and in writing is an important asset for communication in the client site's multilingual environment and technical documentation.
