Main responsibilities

• Ventilation units
  • Installation of electrical equipment within ventilation units;
  • Installation of lighting fixtures within ventilation units;
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair control systems;
• Plant
  • Inspection and repair of plant electrical equipment;
  • Preventive maintenance of electrical equipment;
  • Perform new electrical installations within the plant;
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities;
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs and maintain maintenance logs;
  • Use a tubing bender to bend pipes.

Requirements:

• DEC in Electrotechnology, DEC in Electrical Engineering, or a DEP in Electricity;
• License C (Non-construction electrician competency card); Not mandatory but a major asset
• 2 years of experience in an industrial environment is an asset;
• At least 1 year of experience in an automated environment.
