We are currently looking for a qualified electromecanician to join its general services team. In this key role, the selected person will contribute to the smooth operation of facilities and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance work on machinery as well as on the building in addition to performing certain administrative tasks. We are looking for a versatile candidate with solid experience in an industrial environment.
Here are your main responsibilities:
- Perform corrective work as well as maintenance work on machinery and the building in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan.
- Perform certain administrative tasks such as maintenance planning, closing work orders as well as providing performance indicators.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the service manager.
The qualifications you should possess:
- Hold a vocational studies diploma in electromechanics.
- Hold a competency card as an electrician companion (licence C) or in the process of obtaining it.
- Possess at least 3 years of industrial experience.
- Be comfortable performing work involving the following specialties: mechanics, electrical, plumbing, welding, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Be able to work using computer tools (Microsoft Office suite and others).
- Be available 1 week out of 3 at all times to answer emergency calls (compensatory remuneration).
- Have knowledge of SAP.
- Hold a valid driver's license.

- Hold safety training.
- Hold a first-aider certification (emergency first aid).
- Have a good oral knowledge of English.
