We are currently looking for 3 Electromechanicians to join our team. The selected candidates will participate in the assembly, wiring, mechanical adjustments, and testing of HVAC units, while ensuring compliance with plans, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform final assembly, precision mechanical adjustments, internal thermal insulation, casing closure, and aesthetic finishing of HVAC units prior to final inspection.
- Perform control panel wiring, sensor and actuator connection, and final electrical connection of the unit, in accordance with plans and technical specifications.
- Perform continuity tests and factory start-up simulations.
- Detect leaks, anomalies, or last-minute issues and make necessary adjustments to control parameters.
- Prepare units for field deployment and collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure equipment meets technical specifications.
- Ensure that assembly and components comply with regulatory requirements and CCQ certification requirements applicable to industrial equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid CCQ card mandatory.
- DEP in automated systems electromechanics or refrigeration and air conditioning.
- Experience in a machinery or HVAC equipment manufacturing plant is a major asset.
- Excellent ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail, particularly for finishing and completion work.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills (troubleshooting).
- Rigorous, methodical, and structured approach to work execution.
