Responsibilities
- Acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to operate conventional or automated production machines.
- Ensure preparation and startup of production.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the machine(s) for which you are responsible.
- Gain experience in the aerospace industry.
- Have the ability to manage the production pace on multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
- Respect the company's pre-established quality standards by performing all requested procedures.
Profile Sought
- Hold a High School Diploma (DES) or an equivalence certificate.
- A technical DEC or DEP combined with your general education.
- 5 years of experience in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Be available to work evening and night shifts and overtime as needed.
- Possess a strong ability to work in a team, be versatile, and have a sense of initiative.
- Autonomy and resourcefulness.
- Ability to follow production on multiple equipment at the same time.
- Ease of adapting to changes.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Discipline, rigor, and ease of working in an environment with pre-established quality procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of mechanics and ability to work with measuring instruments such as a vernier or micrometer.
- Experience in metal processing, aerospace, or machining high-precision parts according to aerospace sector requirements.
