Responsibilities

• Acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to operate conventional or automated production machines.
• Ensure preparation and startup of production.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the machine(s) for which you are responsible.
• Gain experience in the aerospace industry.
• Have the ability to manage the production pace on multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Respect the company's pre-established quality standards by performing all requested procedures.

Profile Sought

• Hold a High School Diploma (DES) or an equivalence certificate.
• A technical DEC or DEP combined with your general education.
• 5 years of experience in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Be available to work evening and night shifts and overtime as needed.
• Possess a strong ability to work in a team, be versatile, and have a sense of initiative.
• Autonomy and resourcefulness.
• Ability to follow production on multiple equipment at the same time.
• Ease of adapting to changes.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Discipline, rigor, and ease of working in an environment with pre-established quality procedures.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanics and ability to work with measuring instruments such as a vernier or micrometer.
• Experience in metal processing, aerospace, or machining high-precision parts according to aerospace sector requirements.
