General Responsibilities

In a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment, the successful candidate will, under the direction of the supervisor or team leader, work from drawings, work methods, sketches or verbal instructions to produce parts of varying complexity. The finishing bench balancer must work on a wide variety of engine parts of different designs and materials.

The role uses prescribed tooling to shape parts and perform drilling, deburring, scraping, filing and polishing operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing dimensional and visual checks on parts during the manufacturing process.

This position is in a French-speaking work environment; however, a basic knowledge of English is required to understand some specialized work instructions, drawings and technical terms that may come from international organizations.

Education

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in machining, sheet metal or any related training
Field of study: Aeronautics (asset)

Asset

Ideally one to two years of experience
Manual work skills
