What will your daily routine look like?

General Responsibilities

In a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment, the successful candidate will be called upon, according to the directives of the supervisor or team lead, to work from drawings, work methods, sketches, or verbal instructions, in order to produce parts of varying degrees of complexity. The finish bench balancer must work on a wide variety of engine parts of different designs and material types.

They will use prescribed tooling to form parts, perform drilling, deburring, scraping, filing, and polishing operations. The chosen candidate will be responsible for carrying out dimensional and visual checks on the parts during the manufacturing process.

  • This position takes place in a French-speaking work environment; nevertheless, it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand certain specialized work instructions, drawings, and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations.

Education

  • DEP in machining technology, sheet metal work, or any related training
  • Field of study: Aeronautics (asset)

Asset

  • Ideally one to two years of experience
  • Aptitudes for manual work
